Proud of the people I work with

Just last week there was a shoot out in Ogden (20 minutes north of Layton). The narcotics strike force went in to serve a warrant to a bad guy. The bad guy shot 6 officers, killing one, leaving 2 in critical condition, and the others badly injured. Today was the funeral of Officer Falcom. I didn't know him, but loosing an officer so close by has affected everyone.
The people I work with are awesome. The officers, the dispatchers, the administration. We have a good group of people. To loose one of them would be devastating.
Our prayers are with Ogden City Police Department, and the Falcom family and friends.
I am very proud to work with Layton City.
